I love this place! I have lived here since Oct 2016 and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Probably the nicest, most affordable apartments in town! The community is small and quiet, perfect for single and family living. I have never had a problem with the staff nor the maintenance crew. They've always been super helpful and quick to fix any small mishaps.

Top Notch Team Is Samantha & Maggie at Stonehaven! They made my online leasing process easy and convienent! and really made me feel like I had a live assistant every step of the way. thank you ladies for making life just a little easier! Thank You again for making life easier, i move in tomorrow!!

This is a great place to live!! I have lived at this property since February 2017. When Greystar was managing them it was not a great place to live. Now that RIM owns and manages them it is a wonderful place to live. The Manager and Assistant Manager are very nice and helpful. Maintenance handles work orders quickly and completely. Pet rules are strictly enforced. It is a clean well kept property. Improvements are continuously made enhancing our living experience!
